Refund Policy
A simple, no-qualifier 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. Cancel any time. Your statutory consumer rights apply on top.
If you are not satisfied with HypeCity for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. This applies to every paid plan — Starter, Investor, Founding Lifetime, and Teams.
1. Who this Policy applies to
This Refund Policy applies to every paid purchase you make from HypeCity Intelligence LTD ("HypeCity") through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (UK) and Paddle Inc. (US) (together, "Paddle"). It forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. Where local law gives you stronger or longer-running rights than this Policy, those rights apply in full.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee
You are entitled to a full refund of your most recent payment if you request one within 30 days of the date Paddle processed that payment. There are no usage limits, no condition checks, and no exceptions inside the 30-day window.
The 30-day window applies to:
- your first payment on a monthly Starter or Investor plan;
- your first payment on the annual Investor plan;
- your $720 Founding Lifetime payment;
- your first payment on the Teams plan.
3. Cancel any time
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal (linked in your receipt) or by contacting support@hypecintelligence.com. When you cancel:
- your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period;
- you keep paid-tier access until that date;
- your account then downgrades to Free;
- you are not charged again.
4. Statutory consumer rights (in addition to the guarantee above)
EU / EEA / UK consumers. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you are a consumer (acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract conclusion under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK regulations, without giving any reason. The 30-day guarantee in Section 2 is more generous than this statutory minimum and runs alongside it.
Digital services and immediate performance. Paid plans are digital services that begin immediately. At checkout, you will be asked to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided within the 14-day window, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Where the right of withdrawal still applies, email support@hypecintelligence.com within 14 days of purchase. This paragraph narrows nothing in the 30-day guarantee in Section 2, which remains available in full.
Israeli consumers. If you are a "consumer" within the meaning of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ״א-1981), you may cancel a distance-sale transaction within 14 days under section 14C of that Law. Section 14C1 extends the cancellation window to 4 months for consumers with a disability, senior citizens (65+), and new immigrants. The 30-day guarantee above is more generous than the standard window and applies on top.
Other jurisdictions: where local consumer-protection law gives you cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights stronger than this Policy, those rights apply in full.
5. How to request a refund
The fastest route is to email support@hypecintelligence.com from the address you used at checkout, with the order ID from your Paddle receipt. You do not need to give a reason inside the 30-day window — your request is approved automatically.
You can also use the refund-request form in the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt.
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Paddle then processes approved refunds to the original payment method, typically settling within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds include any tax that Paddle collected on the original charge.
6. If we discontinue the Service
If HypeCity discontinues the Service (in whole or in a way that materially affects your plan), we will give Paid Plan users reasonable advance notice by email. We will refund pro-rata the unused, prepaid period of any monthly or annual subscription. For the Founding Lifetime plan, we will refund a pro-rata share of the $720 purchase price based on the proportion of the seven (7) year term that has not yet elapsed at the effective date of discontinuation.
7. Chargebacks
The 30-day guarantee in Section 2 means that asking us for a refund is faster, simpler, and friendlier than filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Please email support@hypecintelligence.com first — we approve refund requests inside the 30-day window automatically and process them through Paddle.
8. Disputes & complaints
If you are not satisfied with how a refund request was handled, you may:
- contact us at legal@hypecintelligence.com for internal escalation;
- EU/EEA consumers: use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform;
- Israeli consumers: contact the Israeli Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority;
- UK consumers: contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
These avenues are in addition to, and not in place of, your statutory rights and any court remedy available to you.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date of that purchase. The current Effective date is shown at the top of this page.
